Nicht ohne Stolz wie man sieht und dieser Stolz ist auch berechtigt, denn es ist die bei weitem beste Auswahl an feinen Kostbarkeiten, die ich jemals auf einer Alpenh\u00fctte erlebt habe. \u00a0Zehn Jahre alter K\u00e4se, perfekt gereift und gelagert.
