Nun gut, so ganz hat es heute nicht mit dem Superview geklappt, aber immerhin waren Annapurna S\u00fcd und Macchapucchare ganz gut zu sehen. Kulturgenuss in ganz anderem\u00a0Sinne ist die aufbl\u00fchende Kaffeekultur\u00a0in Nepal. Die Qualit\u00e4t der Robusta und Arabica, die hier angebaut werden (nat\u00fcrlich bio), ist sehr ordentlich und man versucht sich zu spezialisieren. Hier in dieser kleinen Bar &#8222;on the road&#8220; zur Friedenspagode wird der Kaffee sogar frisch ger\u00f6stet auf einer absolut cleveren Minir\u00f6stmaschine. Eine Trommel bewegt den Kaffee, der bei 150 Grad \u00fcber einer Gasflamme ger\u00f6stet wird. Dann werden die Bohnen direkt gemahlen und kommen in die Maschine. Das Ergebnis ist sehr ordentlich. Feine Sache. Darum ist es umso unverst\u00e4ndlicher, dass in vielen Hotels noch Nescafe ausgeschenkt wird. Nachdem es dann ab Nachmittag immer wieder bis in den Abend hinein geregnet hat, war klar, dass am n\u00e4chsten Morgen die Sicht einfach super sein wird.
